can't uninstall the client correctly

i unistall the client because it stopped to work for me.but for some reason i can't terminate some services on my task manager even after uninstalling the client.
i need help to remove those services.

Hello,Restart your computer. Then open the classic Windows Control Panel and uninstall Badlion Client through it.

Solved!apparently has to do with the build in anti cheat sistem of the client.
when i installed the client for the first time i didn't restart the computer when it prompt me to do it.
and until then i always received messages that ask me to restart the computer every time i open the launcher, even if i restart the computer.
so you MUST restart the computer when prompted.
i reintalled the client and this solved the problem.
im using windows 8.1 btw.
