Nametag in F5

The bug is simple: When you have "Nametag in F5" enabled, you can see both your name and your level (LevelHead module). But when you disable "Nametag in F5" you still can see the LevelHead nametag.
Probably make it so when you have "Nametag in F5" disabled, the LevelHead nametag above your head will disappear or make separate switch in the LevelHead settings (Better solution imo but mingt be confusing to some)

Basically I would love to be able to turn off the levelhead nametag above my (only my) head - either by using separate setting in LevelHead settings or make it so when I hide nametag above my head it will also hide the levelhead-nametag.
