Hi, I wish there was a mod in Badlion 3.0,
Chunk Animator is a very cool mod that changes the appearance of chunks, they seem to appear from underground.

I played with this mod and it did not seem to track the location. HE just changes the animation of the appearance of the chunks.

+1 If you render mobs and players before it's fully complete it would look weird so they should do that with this mod and you could see people behind chunks.
