So my resource packs were not loading (they are the Shant Pack V4 and another pack i got from a friend), I double checked if they were in my folder (%appdata%, .minecraft, resource packs, for those of you who don't know how)and they were. I tried to re-launch the client but it didn't work. Please help me, as I really want new texture packs.

Hello,

Make sure to extract your packs.
Also, if the folder is called resource packs, change the name of it to resourcepacks.
