This is how glass looks like in the new Badlion version WITHOUT Clear Glass mod on.

With the Clear Glass mod on, it still doesn't show the same texture on the side of the glass pane as my texture pack. I'm in 1.8.9.

This is a known bug. Developers are currently working on a fix. As of now, please keep the Clear Glass mod off to prevent any other potential issues.
