Some things for Optifine

Please add it so you don't have to be in 1.14.4+ to access the editor for capes, I hate having to open my normal Vanilla MC client and open optifine for 1.15.4 open the editor, then close it 5 seconds later. It really sucks.Also, I know this is dumb and not gonna happen cause it's like the thing with badlion cloaks, but maybe add integration with Optifine to make he custom banner capes from Optifine have the Dynamic animation, but that's not gonna happen so idek why I'm still going on I'm gonna go now bye

Hello,
Can't and won't happen as Optifine Capes are pretty much just Minecraft banners stuck to your back and our Cloaks are made super and way different from Optifines capes. They look and act different.
