Optifine Versions

I Think it would be good to be able to choose the optifine version you would use like a little gear next to the optifine check box.The I7 version causes some bugs with my resource packs and it would be helpful if we could choose

Hello,Not happening as for every optifine version that comes out the devs have to work on it in order to work with the mods and client. If we were to do this, then it would just be a jumbled mess as the devs would have to make the client compatible with every version of Optifine (and some versions of Optifine are broken or incompatible) and if your game were to break cause you are using a unstable version of Optifine then it would be a pain trying to help you fix it.

Though this is true, I wouldn't give up hope yet. Badlion client is updating Optifine to a much newer release sometime in the next few weeks, according to the 2.14 update post!

Better as soon as possible, upgrade optifine to the new version on 1.8.9 ;3I'm talking about OptiFine 1.8.9 HD U L5
