I'll just cut to the chase here: regardless of whether or not the Clear Glass mod is "Enabled" or "Disabled", it still works. Thus the only way to turn Clear Glass off is to go to the mod settings and switching "Clear Regular Glass" and "Clear Colored Glass" off individually.

In the same way if you want to turn it on again, you have to go to the mod's settings and click whichever of those switches you want. Essentially, the Enabled/Disabled button for the mod as a whole doesn't do anything.

Personally, I thought it was better to keep the Clear Glass option back where is originally was: at the very bottom of the Graphics tab in Badlion Settings. Seeing as how me (and a lot of others) switch between Clear Glass and regular glass often, it was super easy to just click the Graphics tab and scroll to the very bottom. Because it's now in Mods, the Clear Glass option is now towards the middle so you have to find the mod first, then click the gear icon, then change whatever options, then finally clicking the black rectangle to apply changes.

While this isn't that big of a deal and doesn't need to be the first thing addressed on the bugs forum, it would be nice to go back to the original setup, or at least make the Enabled/Disabled switch work for the Clear Glass mod.
