if someone's account gets hacked it should be possible that you can have the cosmetics on both your alt and your main or it should be possible to transfer cosmetics from your main account to an alt even though you bought it a long time ago because if someone's accounts get hacked he's gonna buy a new one and then he is gonna need to buy the cosmetics again so I believe it should be possible that you can share the cosmetics you own
