Hello,
This usually occurs when something is blocking our Client's connection. Here are a few tips you can try in order to prevent this from happening:
Make sure that you have a stable internet connection
Make sure that you are not using a VPN
Make sure that your antivirus software / firewall aren't blocking the connection.

If none of these work, after attempting to launch, scroll to the bottom of the launcher and click "Submit Bug Report". This will give our tech support team some information (logs) on why this is occurring.
