Badlion Lag Problems (IMPORTANT)
Posted on 01 June 2020 - 09:03 PM
Help, Badlion was working great getting me around 500 fps for a few weeks but now suddenly it gives me from 5 - 15 fps.Its unplayable and ruins the game.I have temporarily switched to lunar for now and im eager to get back to Badlion (i have my fps at max and im allocation about 3000 ram and have well over enough storage for all of this)Please give me ideas for what could be causing this problem as i am fairly young for this stuff.Last edited on 02 June 2020 - 12:02 PM by McFlops
Here are somethings that cause lag:- Allocating too much or too little RAM into your launcher. (1GB = 1024RAM).
- Having too many downloads or apps running in the background of your computer.
- Having your FPS on a constant number in your vanilla launcher.
- Not having your FPS Boost activated on the actual client. (Right Shift> Graphics>FPS Boost)
- Render distance.
- Outdated graphic drivers.
- The server you are playing on
Let us know if this helps!

Sorry but none of that helped i have tried it all over the past few days and it hasn't changed. Also to clarify they aren't lag spikes even in single player worlds i am on 10 fps it could be an issue with my minecraft running with my computer but i have done several speed test and my wifi is working fine. Please if any settings from a computer other than allocation RAM could slow down this client please let me know.Posted on 02 June 2020 - 11:06 AM
I went from 800fps to 200 with recent BLC updates.Posted on 02 June 2020 - 01:35 PM

Does this FPS issue happen with Optifine? If so, have you tried resetting Optifine's configuration? If you don't know how to do it, go to Options -> Video Settings -> Other and click on Reset Video Settings.
