Badlion Thinks My Mouse is In a Differen't location.

Hi. I can't seem to fix this issue with Minecraft thinking my mouse is in a different direction. I can't edit any of my gui's and it seems very laggy.Video here: https://i.gyazo.com/1e4767491932cbc0ffd6aab51b31a3ac.mp4
Look at how my mouse is in a different location but the yellow highlight isn't.
