F3 Not working

I recently found out that you can't use F3 + T or F3 + S which whould make things way easier. I think they be might blocked by BLC itself but I can'r think of a reason why you would want to disable this.Any ideas how to possibly fix that?

Hello,F3+T & F3+S functions have been blocked for quite a while now.
Both of these functions are replaced with a button. It can be found in the ESC menu at the bottom left corner (it's called Reload Resources).
