Fishing Cast Animation Not Working

Hello, I have had this problem with the fishing rod. When I cast it, the line goes out but the fishing rod texture is frozen. I have seen YouTubers like Akinsoft fix this issue, I just don't know how.https://imgur.com/UHJxzIU

Hello,Open the animation mod settings and turn off the fishing rod animation.
