weird chat replay glitch

Hello!I have been using Badlion Client for a while now, and I noticed that the chat cuts off after a while. I remember when it didn't do this and we were able to fetch really old messages. Can someone explain me why this isn't happening / are they trying to fix it?

Hello,Open the chat settings and change the chat history length to 500.
