where is my fps?

I use to get like 107 to 80 now I am getting 50 and 40 and 20 a lot of the time!just with a new update somehow. can you help me

Hello,Make sure your graphics drivers are up to date.
Make sure to check if your CPU isn't spiking at 100%
If this issue is happening with Optifine, you should consider resetting your Optifine config.
