Weird White boxes over my Exp bars and Health bars

Hi I Was wondering what these white boxes are? Idk how to get rid of them and i Think it might be a glitch?Well anyway, please respond asap if u can!

Nvm, it Took a bit But i was Able to restart a couple of times and it got rid of the boxes
