insider bug

I chose Insider on my rynq27 account. However, I cannot put in an HD skin, but I have all order confirmations and I understand that I want to take it in. "ERROR You have no Insider". How can I fix this? and i have this Client very more restartetPosted on 19 June 2020 - 10:07 AM
I Have the same problem.@Mxsliriegel You should contact the Support.
I don't Contact the Support because I've had problems before, and I don't want to annoy the people from the support…

Also ich hab Insider, kann aber keine Betas benutzen,kann keine HD Skins benutzen, und dieser Diamant über mein Name wird sowieso nicht angezeigt. Ich würd dir auch empfelen den Support anzuschreiben. Die Antworten tatsächlich relativ schnell. (Beim ersten mal hats bei mir so ca. 3 Tage gedauert) Musst natürlich auf Englisch schreiben.
Ach und kannst mich ja auf Discord Adden da ist es etwas leichter zu schreiben :)
