At the latest the update will be made public to everyone on 2.15 (which is coming out in 2 weeks).Unfortunately there are conflicts in our current production version and the development/insider versions that will not allow us to easily publish the SBA update like we wanted to without pushing all of our updates/changes live.
Hopefully in the future we can avoid this.
