Allocated RAM not updating in game (F3)

So after playing a few games, I realized that my game was freezing up and saw that the allocated RAM did not reflect in game causing me to have freeze and memory increase within 20 minutes. Just to clarify, I restarted my PC etc. Had no issues with regular Minecraft forge as I could allocate 4 gigs, which reflects in game
