So I add keyframes and time frames and stuff like I saw in a tutorial
then I press save, I choose render settings (1080p 120fps) but It renders in less than a second and when I open the file its corrupted

Try rendering a different replay file.

If the same issue happens with other replays as well, go to the launcher, scroll down and click on "Submit Bug Report" at the bottom after you have tried to render the replay. Then fill out the questions (more information can be found here https://www.badlion.net/wiki/how-to-submit-bug-reports).

Also, upload the replay file (the one that you used to render the video) (it's the .mcpr file that can be found in the replay_recordings folder). If you don't know where to upload it, go to https://workupload.com/, locate the replay_recordings folder (it's inside .minecraft), find your replay file, upload it and paste the link in your bug report. Then we will look into the issue.
