i want to use this http://www.mediafire.com/file/y88sqx38o9vbzi3/%255B1.8%255D_Hyblock_%252B_GUI.zip/file texture pack but it wont work how do i make this texture pack work

Use the normal minecraft launcher first put on the texture pack.Then start the BLC and see if it works.BTW if on BLC u wanna change from the pack u will have to repeat this process unless this doesnt wor for you then i have no explanation.
