Don't know exactly what's happening but every time I attempt to run the client I get this error: https://imgur.com/a/ZfzAX67

I've tried reinstalling in both 32bit and 64bit program file directories, did many total uninstalls and reinstalls with no luck. Any help figuring this problem out would be much appreciated!

Submit a bug report through the launcher (read the last sentence of the error message).

Once you have submitted a bug report, we, the tech support team, will look into the issue.
