A couple of Questions

Firstly, what would be better out of:a) 12 - 15 cps however I wouldn't be able to block hit (jitter clicking)
b) 6 - 7 cps and being able to block hit (just normal)
Second question is (sorry if this comes across a fanboying) how do people like HattoWolf, ApacheBlitz, SkepticEpic27 etc get so good with low CPS?

BIt's easier to control your mouse aim when ur not jitter clicking
