The Borderless fullscreen feature can only be used if you have 2 monitors according to this post

when I think of borderless fullscreen I think if a window that removes the top and bottom bar, not a move your mouse to another monitor more easily

The reasons I want this is future are
1: Alt-tabbing sometimes doesn't work or blacks my screen when i try
2: Browsers Picture in Picture modes don't work
3: my screenshot program (light shot) acts weird with full-screen programs

I think that the current option in the graphics menu should be renamed to something else and make a working borderless window option
