Hey everyone! Hope you are having a good day/night, so I have seen YouTube videos of people going into F5 and then they move their camera's around without moving the character's head/body, if you know how to do this, how do you do it?

Edit: I don't know if this is a vanilla feature or BLC but I feel like this would be the best place to ask this question.
