View Bobbing UHC mod

View bobbing is how it shows the up and down and side to side head motion of the character when you're walking

This setting helps "exploit" to see the nearest caves in your strip mine. Players who like the View Bibbing feature
disabled and play UHC often like myself, have to go to:

Settings –> Video Settings –> View bobbing.

Although the process of that is easy and short its very annoying after a while and it could be fixed with a simple hotkey.
Another addition that could be added on to that is if a player goes to a Y level less than 50, the View Bobbing will be
automatically enabled.
