Dear Badlion team,

I would like to apologize because of my poor English.

I bought a Badlion Shield on June 27th, 2020 and also received a confirmation email, but I still didn't get my cosmetic 1 hour later. Does this have anything to do with the fact that I got a BAC ban? Because my other account on which I got the same day, at the same time and was not banned, got his cape relatively quickly.

Hello,

Make sure you are using the right Minecraft account (the one you purchased a cosmetic on).

Restart Badlion Client and then open the cosmetics menu (https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/articles/360013931680-Cosmetic-Menu).

If you still don't have it, go to https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/37 and make a new thread. Make sure to read the pinned threads first.
