is there a way to reset all of your Badlion setting?

Hello,
If you would like to go to the default BLC settings, you can create a new profile / delete your old one. To do so / access to profile menu, go to the main menu (or Badlion Client mod menu (Right-Shift)), click "Mod Profiles" (or "Configure Mod Profiles") and then either click on "New" or click on the trash icon next to your profile.
