Random lines & FPS Drops

Hello, Recently I tried to play the oldest version of Minecraft, and when I went to play normal BLC again, my Optifine, and some other settings had been reset. I put them back to what I had before, and since then I have had this "bug" or whatever you will call it. Basically there are lines under NPCs names, the scoreboard, the mods, and sometimes the chat. This is not a driver issue, and it is not a resource pack issue. My fps drops by up to 150 sometimes. Below is a picture where I have highlighted the issue with my amazing MS Paint skills.

Hello,I would advise you to do a fresh install of Minecraft to see if this fixes the issue. It has most likely messed up some minecraft assets while changing to an old version.
