My inventory background changed to a player skin

Somehow my inventory background changed to a player skin, this isnt the first time that it happend, i figuered out how to fix it but im not quite sure how it happend. The first time when it happend i was confused and tought it was something to do with my texture pack, i switched to another, and it was still there, i closed minecraft blc and re-opend it, everything was okay again, but today it happend again and luckely the "Reload Recourses" fixed it. Hello, please answer these following questions:Does this occur on all versions and what resource pack causes this issue ? If this ever happens whilst you're recording, could you please send me the link to the video ? If you aren't able to get any of this information, please submit a bug report when this happens. I was playing on 1.8.9 and was using RKYfault[16x] The other time when this bug/isue occured was when i was using Infera [V2] Revamp [256x]Im not quite sure if its abble to occur on other versions of the badlion client, for the report, would a screen shot work?

Thanks for responding. Yes, if you cannot get a recording, please provide a screenshot in the bug report, any information is great.
