Bow draw animation doesn't work

I'm using a custom skyblock texture pack and the bow draw animation isn't showing the arrows. I've tried switching the bow draw animation to 1.7 in the animations mod but it still doesn't show. so seems like a badlion issue due to the forced update and we cant use the older version

People asked for the Optifine update.
Downgrading would just cause chaos.
