I see what's wrong, there was a war going on where you could queue up and probably leave it, and whenever the match started even tho you were in a ranked/unranked match, you'd get the kit that you get with UHC war, as you can see in the mc chat, players are saying that the war is glitched, so @SmellyPenguin you are right.
