SO pretty much whenever I log onto Hypixel or any world in minecraft all my mods become like 4x bigger and go out of position and I have to put them back THIS very annoying when I play skyblock because i have zealot counter speed health so yeah IDK what the issue is please help.

Im using windows 10

Up to date GPU drivers
Up to date badlion client 2.15

I might know why me and my brother share a PC and both use Badlion he plays on a different Minecraft account and windows account is it because he is changing the .json mod profile and that is glitching out the size for me?
