I can only change the stuff on the left side of the screen and where it is. I have tried restarting my computer which didn't work and this is on the SkyBlock add ons stuff.

Hello,
Make sure that you haven't changed your global GUI scale. To check, go into the mod menu, head on over to "Graphics", scroll down and make sure that the scale is set to 1.0. If this is already the case, please send a video of the issue.
