On badlion client you cant add a version if its vanilla minecraft then basically create a new version

Hello,
You cannot add any other versions aside from the ones already available in the launcher's menu. Furthermore, most new versions (like 1.14 and onward) will be added, unless they are too unstable (like 1.13 was).

P.S. For future reference, just as you can't add versions to the client, you cannot add your own mods to the client (it's bannable).
