I know how to record etc but how do you get the camera good and on normal speed etc.
Does someone have a tutorial?

What do you mean by "get the camera good"?

The video speed depends on the location of keyframes. If keyframes are set closer to each other, the video will be speeded up, if keyframes are farther away from each other, the video will be slowed down. Move keyframes closer or farther from each other and try to find the perfect location.
