Higher Framerate Causes rendered replays to speed up

Basically I don't know if this is a bug or not, but rendered videos with higher frame rate will cause background objects like clouds and trees shake and move faster. I use the Sildur's Vibrant Shaders pack, and I know this might not be a problem with BLC, but is there a way to fix this? (e.g. Trees shake faster, clouds move faster) [url=
