Optifine 1.16 and worldedit for creative

So the creator of optifine has made some optifine previews for 1.16 and I think it is a good idea to add those to Badlion 1.16Worldedit would also be a great addition

1.16 Optifine will be added when there is a more stable version of Optifine available, it has too many issues at the moment :(World edit would be nice and has been suggested already.
