Brand new user of the BL client here. Is there a way I can run MC in windowed mode. Thanks in advance.

Hello,
I suppose you meant Borderless Windowed mode. If that's the case, open the Badlion Mod Menu (Right-Shift), head on over to "Graphics" and toggle it (make sure to double-f11 for it to work). If that's not what you meant, just press f11 to disable fullscreen mode.
