Badlion client authentication problem

When i try to start the client it says authenticating and loads endlessly.i tried to re-installed badlion client but it dident work pls help

Hello,If you are using a VPN, turn it off.
Disable your firewall, antivirus, or anything else that might be blocking connections, then relaunch Badlion Client.
