I recently purchased the RageTrain Cloak and Chroma Bandana in the store. However, when I go to my cosmetics in the game launcher it is not showing up. It has been over 30 minutes, and I've tried restarting my game. My hotbar and face are also glitched, as shown in the link below.

Edit: The RageTrain Cloak and Chroma Bandana finally showed up, but my hotbar and face are still glitched.
