I need help with smoothframes

Ok so i was checking out some of the more obscure badlion features and stumbled upon smoothframes. I turned it on and now whenever i load into a game its automaticaslly caps at 0 frames and im not even able to turn it off. Is there a way for me to change the settings of the game without entering a world? If so could you tell me how?Thank you in advance,

Hello,If you are unable to enter a world because of this issue, you can create (or switch) a new profile directly via the Minecraft Title-Menu. To do so, click on "Mod Profiles and then "New".

Does that reset my account or just the mods?
