So im playing on a survival world and every block I break i have to break it a couple times for the item to actually drop
and it takes like more than 10 seconds for me to even pick up the item help how can I prevent this?

Hi,

It's a "tick lag" issue. Badlion Client is not the only client affected by this issue but also normal Minecraft.

Try allocating more RAM to Minecraft.
Try decreasing render distance.
Try decreasing the number of entities in the singleplayer world.
