Hello,You cannot add mods to the Badlion Client. However, you can get bigger heads with a texture pack, follow this link ->https://hypixel.net/threads/big-head-pack.1491187/ (it mightn't be allowed on some servers, use at your own risk).

It does not work for me, the player heads look normal. do you have any idea of hat is happening?

Hello,Try enabling Custom Items / Textures in your Optifine Quality settings.
