Can't log in - credentials

The client keeps telling me "Invalid login. Make sure you're entering your Badlion account details and try again." even though I've just changed my password AGAIN (this has already happened a few months ago I think, I just gave up at some point back then). I'm 100% sure the credentials I'm entering are correct, because I'm literally copy-pasting my email from my account's settings here and, again, I reset my password so I'm sure this is the one. I'm guessing my credentials are not being correctly synchronized with the client, maybe? What should I do?Ty in advance!
