Hilfe bezüglich des banns

Hallo liebes BLC-Team,Ich wurde vor 6 monaten und 2 tage gebannt und sollte eigentlich am 21.07.2020 entbannt sein (es war mein erster ban).
Und bei mir steht da immernoch: You have been banned via BAC.
