Suggestions following Cheat Engine

I want to make it clear, i understand that the people who work on Badlion do not want to give a chance to hackers. But there are problems. As most people know, Badlion disables Cheat Engine entirely, even when it isn't running. I have several problems with this, one being that quite a few people use cheat engine harmlessly, for example in a turn based game, you could make it a lot faster, or in a game like Geometry Dash (which i used to and still play to this day), you could use it to test levels, for example slowing it down to make it easier. after all, you still need to put in work to pass it off as legitimate, so people openly hacking it wouldn't be a problem, as long as they were honest. Another reason is for testing, you could experiment with giving yourself infinite health or money or whatever. Another is that Badlion interferes with the operation of your system by preventing the running of programs without giving a choice, basically making it malware. I found out that after disabling the anticheat and rebooting, after rebooting again, and messing around for a few hours and then going to Badlion, it immediately re- enabled itself.
And for the arguments against letting Cheat Engine run, i personally find some of them very flawed. One is that some people may use cheat engine for harmless things, but what about others? There are hundreds of solutions to this, one of the simplest ones i can think of is shutting down minecraft if it detects if cheat engine latches on to it, which i believe is what Roblox does. Or, only disabling cheat engine if Badlion or MC is running. Or, if someone is using cheat engine on servers, which people probably are, disconnecting them from the server and disabling access to them until they reboot, or it detects that they uninstall CE. And if it detects that they reinstall, repeat the process.
Personally, i see its interfering as an attempt to control my system, and what goes on it. Therefore, it is malware.
