FPS Issues

I used to get 200 fps with a 61+ render distance with the badlion client. I came back several hours later after trying to allocate more RAM and I am stuck at 27 fps. I have checked for fps limiters to find none. Java and all of the drivers are up to date. Optifine is enabled. I am using an ASUS Q535UD laptop with an Intel Core i7-8550-U CPU @1.80GHz with an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. I have tried every trick in the book to restore my settings. The only new thing which I started using several days prior to the FPS drop is an ASUS VG245 monitor. My FPS stays the same regardless of whether I change render distance or nothttps://imgur.com/WBdYwkl

Launching with Optifine off doesnt do anything. My CPU spikes to 93% during launching and then stabilizes to 30% when running. My GPU is right around 70%Posted on 28 July 2020 - 01:14 PM
Hello @doublebass1, if you are still getting those FPS issues please read this thread: https://support.badlion.net/hc/en-us/articles/360014348659-FPS-issues - also we don't recommend more than 2048MB of allocated RAM.Posted on 28 July 2020 - 08:45 PM
I did end up reading that article. As soon as I saw the new frame rate I lowered my RAM usage back to the recommended amount and have left it there. I also went through all of my drivers (Intel, Asus, and Nvidia) as well as updated my JAVA all to no avail. I have also reset all of settings on Badlion to the default settings as well as checking them one by one to see if any of the settings got messed up. I also toggled FPS boost as well as deleted and reinstalled Badlion Client
