For me, whenever I turn on MotionBlur, there are 2 strange bugs that happen while using it. The 1st one is that custom heads in my inventory appear transparent, and all of the sides can be seen instead of only the front. It messes the image up and looks very strange. The 2nd one is that every single enchanted item doesn't JUST have the enchanted glint on the item itself, it applies it to the whole box. Both of these issues are persistent and I have not been able to fix them in any way, not by turning the mod off and on again, resetting it, or turning off/on my texture pack. If there is any way to fix this, I would like to know.
